2. Operating Partners and Portfolio Transformation Group

Operating Partners are not employees of APHIAS and provide expertise to APHIAS and its portfolio companies. They may be independent contractors or employees of current or former portfolio companies and may have business or investment activities unrelated to APHIAS. Additionally, APHIAS has established a portfolio transformation group (“PTG”) which consists of APHIAS employees to provide services to the funds’ portfolio companies.
3. Testimonials

Testimonials of portfolio company executives are provided to demonstrate the benefits of working with the APHIAS team. They are not provided to solicit investors in a APHIAS fund. Some executives featured in the testimonials may also have an interest in a APHIAS fund; such executive’s testimonial is not offered on the basis of being an investor in a APHIAS fund but rather as an executive who works with the APHIAS team.
